IGS Quarterly Newsletter Issue 5 Now Available

Dear IGS Community,

The fifth issue of “Constellations” — the Newsletter of the International GNSS Service — is now available to read. Some highlights in this issue include:

• IGS20/igs20.atx: a new framework for the IGS products from Paul Rebischung (Reference Frame Coordinator) and Arturo Villiger (IGS Antenna WG Chair)
• #GNSS4impact Global Differential Global Positioning System-High Accuracy Service (GDGPS-HAS) from Al Feinberg (NASA Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN))
• The new IGS GNSS 4 Weather and Climate Resiliency Pilot Project
