IGS Knowledgebase (kb.igs.org) retiring after October 2022

Dear IGS Community,

In reference to IGSMAIL-8262, we would like to remind the community that https://kb.igs.org will retire after 22 October 2022.

On 22 April 2021, we announced on our website that content in https://kb.igs.org will no longer be updated and will remain online only to serve as an access to historical content. While most information has been moved to the primary https://igs.org website, some data (e.g., links to old content and charters) will retire and be available by request to the Central Bureau.
