A very crude offset estimation for @IGSorg station TWTF for the M7.4 earthquake in Taiwan. Due to the timing of the event, only a few 30-s GNSS samples are available after the earthquake near the UTC day boundary. ~20 cm southward motion with ~10 cm subsidence
