Satellite Laser Ranging Residuals
Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) can be use for an independent quality assessment of GNSS satellite orbits obtained from microwave observations. Due to the orbit height of the GNSS satellites, SLR mainly evaluates the radial orbit component. The SLR residual analysis is based on monthly normal point files provided by the data centers of the International Laser Ranging Service (ILRS).
